Break addictive habits and re-pattern the psyche to promote positive change through Kundalini and Gong by Jen Fraser.

AYA AND TYLER perform LIVE electronic meditation concerts for the modern listener. Singer/Songwriter Aya has collaborated with Blue Six, Sade, and Lenny Kravitz. Musician/Producer Tyler Sussman is the co-founder of Didge Project and has performed at Wanderlust Festivals. In live performance, Aya and Tyler use loop stations to record multiple layers of live vocals, instruments, and percussion into an alluring multi-layered soundscape that guides the listener to experience his or her true essential nature. Fusing english lyrics with sacred mantras, elements of jazz and electronica with soul and R&B, and shamanic rhythms with indigenous instruments, Aya and Tyler create a 21st century experience of meditation through the power of music. Aya and Tyler aim to uplift spirits, open hearts, and share the transformational power of sound with the global community for health, happiness and wellbeing. JEN FRASER born in Germany and raised in Sag Harbor, N.Y. took her first yoga class in 1999 and was instantly hooked. Since then her yoga experience has been an evolution of self-discovery, forward motion and wanderlust. Her knowledge is eclectic; Jivamukti, Om Yoga, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini, travels to India and the Art of Living Ashram. Inspired by the many different yoga traditions, most heavily Kundalini Yoga and Katonah yoga, Jen’s classes are artful configurations of body-breath movement, alignment and attention. MISHA HYMAN is a Health Warrior. He is a coach who focuses on health and wellness. He believes that, “If you can fix your mind and your body [through optimal nutrition], then fixing your life is easy.” Hyman is the founder and CEO of The Health Warrior Project, a company whose mission is to transform the way people view the battle of “eating and being healthy”. MARIA MARGOLIES is an experienced Yoga Teacher and Health Coach; studied Yoga, meditation, pranayama and many nutrition theories including macrobiotics and Ayurveda around the world for 20 years. Her travels have taken her in many direction and through a myriad of practices, studying under the guidance of Sri. Pattabhi Jois, Eddie Stern, The Sivananda School in India, Dr. Svoboda and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her teaching combines her extensive Ashtanga Vinyasa training, with a softer, more creative feminine flow. Using fiery energizing breath work and meditation bringing attention to every moment and the medicine that it reveals. She combined her knowledge and experience to create her own brand Holixtic. A wellness, lifestyle, fitness blog where she shares, inspires and guides people to create balance, health, happiness and elevate consciousness through teaching about plant foods, recipes, nutrition, fitness, yoga, reflection and spiritual practices.
