Our bodies, and especially the body of a professional athlete, need the proper and most efficient fuel intake to perform at their peaks.

Professional sport leagues have yet to catch up with the available science regarding food and nutrition. Sports now relies on the world of analytics, and most front offices and scouts for franchises take these data points quite seriously when it comes to determining who is on their team. However, what I have noticed while working for an NBA team, is that most professional athletes are fed nutrient poor and inefficient food, thus they are not maximizing their athletic potentials due to their (unbeknownst) harmful eating habits.

Certain high-profile athletes like Tom Brady and Novak Djokovic (who famously is gluten-free) have paved the way for others to follow in their footsteps. By making conscious and mindful decisions to change their food and lifestyle choices in hopes of reaching the apex of their respected sports, they have resulted in dominating the competition in the likes we have never seen before. Five-time Super Bowl champion, Tom Brady, is on the forefront of sports nutrition movement, and with his prolonged success (39 years of age), it is evident that people will follow in his footsteps.

I work closely with professional athletes, teams, and individuals to curate an individual and comprehensive meal plan and diet that allows my client to reach the peak of their physical performance – no matter what sport you excel.

Food is medicine, and it is also a performance enhancer, both mentally and physically. In order to be at the top of your game, you need to fuel yourself with the highest quality source of fuel.

Help me to help you bring your game to the next level with the proper diet.
